Founded by Johanna Caina and Mariz Natividad—esteemed members of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the Institute of Community Directors Australia (ICDA)—AdminAid combines decades of experience in governance, compliance, and not-for-profit registration. Since 2023, we have successfully guided over 100 organisations through the intricacies of ACNC registration, applications for Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) endorsement, and ongoing compliance.
