Meet the Founders:

Mariz Natividad

Hi there, I’m Mariz Natividad from the Philippines! As a highly skilled Medical Insurance, Paralegal, and Legal Assistant, I bring over eight years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies like UnitedHealth Group and Oscar Health Insurance, as well as medical clinics and personal injury law firms across the United States and Australia.

I graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Rizal Technological University in the Philippines. I have built a versatile skill set across roles such as Paralegal, Case Manager, Operations Manager, and Executive Assistant. Complying with HIPAA standards, I ensure confidentiality and accuracy in every duty I carry out, consistently providing exceptional support to patients, lawyers, paralegals, and medical providers.

Throughout my career as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant with different injury law firms, I have successfully handled complex cases—including burn injuries, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, workers' compensation, property liability and a lot more—while maintaining a flawless quality audit record. I supported attorneys with key case preparations, pre-litigation cases, drafting essential legal documents, and managing in-depth case investigations.

Following my work in the insurance and legal fields, I joined Non Profit Specialists Australia as a Registrations Manager, where I supported directors of not-for-profit organizations from diverse countries, including Uganda, Burundi, India, China, Australia, the United States, the Philippines, etc. Working with these directors, who are deeply committed to impactful causes, was both meaningful and inspiring. I guided nonprofit organizations focused on supporting vulnerable, homeless individuals, disadvantaged children, individuals with mental health issues, elderly people in aged care, autistic individuals, and others through the charity registration process with the Australian government.

I ensured that these organizations obtained their Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status using my admin assistance, allowing them to receive tax-free donations. In this role, I meticulously drafted their legal documents and successfully registered their organizations with ASIC, ABN and ACNC. I also created a range of policies, including conflict of interest, anti-money laundering, prevention of sexual abuse and exploitation, codes of conduct, child safeguarding policies, and many more, tailored to each organization's needs.

I educated each director about the importance of adherence to company constitutions, policies, and transparency, guiding them on declaring any conflicts of interest and managing related party transactions. Additionally, I contributed to drafting comprehensive business plans and essential documentation to support successful charity applications.

My extensive experience across the insurance, legal, and nonprofit sectors underscores my commitment to excellence, client advocacy, and drive impactful results
